To get started, users to sign up and create a HOV user ID. Once registered, users can switch roles as either Tenants or Owners.

• Upon approval, full property information becomes available

After this, either party can initiate the ‘Tenancy Enrollment’ process and making the rental alignment formal and secure.

Our Two-Way ‘Rating’ System

‘hovee-Rent’, introduces a unique scoring system to bring transparency and trust to the rental journey

1. Tenants can evaluate and apply ‘Ratings’ for the services provided by the property owners on communication, property maintenance, and overall experience and etc.

2. Owners can evaluate and apply ratings for the services provided by the tenants on communication, property maintenance, overall experience and etc.

All ratings through ‘Ratings’ functionality are voluntary and self verified by the users. Ratings areand updated periodically to reflect ongoing service interaction between the users helping to ensure credibility for both parties.

How It Works?

Registration

By providing your personal details, Register in our app, login and complete the account setup process by choosing your role as ‘Tenant’.

Search your Property

You can easily search for a property using filter options such as location, amenities, availability, ratings,etc. to get better results.

Verify with property Owner

When you are interested in a property, submit a Tenancy Request form to the property owner to enquire more about the property. The owner will either accept or reject your Tenancy Request form.

Enroll for the property

Enrollment start and end date will be decided by the initiated party according to their subscription plan. This mutual agreement will be formalized with an Acceptance code.

Rate each other

Rate your property owner and in return get a rating consistently through hovee-Rent app.

Subscription Plan

Choose the package that best suits your budget and enjoy fruitful benefits. Higher the subscription plan, more the features for the users.

You will receive and review the tenant's personal details and you can either accept or reject the request. Once you approve a tenant, the particular property details along with your contact details will be visible to the requested tenant.

Enroll for the Property
