What we do
hovee Rent bridges the gap between property owners and tenants, offering a simple, verified, and secure rental experience.
To get started, users sign up and create a HOV user ID. Once registered, users can switch roles as either Tenants or Owners.
1. As Owners : You can post your property, highlight features and amenities, and submit for admin verification. Once approved, your listing will appear on the hovee Rent platform.
2. As Tenants : You can browse or search properties based on your preferences. To access the owner's contact info, tenants must complete a short verification process. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the property owner. Upon approval, the owner’s contact details and full property info will be visible to you.
After this, either the tenant or the owner can initiate the enrollment process, making the rental process official.

By providing your personal details, Register in our app, login and complete the account setup process by choosing your role as ‘Tenant’.
You can easily search for a property using filter options such as location, amenities, availability, ratings,etc. to get better results.
When you are interested in a property, submit a verification form to the property owner to enquire more about the property. The owner will either accept or reject your verification form.
Enrollment start and end date will be decided by the initiated party according to their subscription plan. This mutual agreement will be formalized with an Acceptance code.
Rate your property owner and in return get a rating consistently through hovee rent app.
