How Assisted Plans Work

Step 1

Registration


As a property owner, properties that you post on a property rental platform will be a game changer to attract qualified tenants quickly and efficiently. Here’s how we help owners to reach a wide range of renters actively seeking home. Users need to create a new account and start registering by providing their personal information for creating an HOV ID in hovee rent. OTP will be sent to the registered phone number for verification. Once the OTP is verified, your account will be created and the user is now officially registered in hovee rent. Now, select your role as owner for further process.

Step 2

Post Property


After logging in, Owner uploads their property (Home,Commercial,PG), its features, amenities and required details. Once uploaded, hovee rent Admin receives notifications and reviews the uploaded property. Admin will verify both the property and its owner. Only then, the property will be accepted. Admin will be posting the accepted property on hovee rent platform. Owner will be enabling the accepted property to ‘Go Live’, which will be shown to all users.

Step 3

Verification


You will receive the tenant's personal details and review the details and can either accept or reject the request. Owner has the right to select tenants based on their preferences and information. Once the owner approves, the particular property details along with the owner’s contact details will be visible to the requested tenant. Thus, the verification process ends.

Step 4

Enrollment


After verification, Tenant’s visit to inquire about the property plays a major role in the rental process. Only after the property evaluation by tenants, the enrollment process will be initiated by both owners and tenants. Either tenant or owner can initiate the enrollment process. Enrollment start and end date will be decided by the initiated party according to their subscription plan. This mutual agreement will be formalized with an Acceptance code. We also introduce QR code scanning, in which the owner shares a QR code for each property with the tenant during in-person communication and the tenant scans the QR code to close the enrollment of the property. QR code and QR scanner are available for the owner and tenant in the app respectively and vice versa.

Ratings


We introduce a unique scoring system for more accurate rating results for both property owners and tenants, a distinctive feature of our platform. Ratings are provided periodically to ensure ongoing feedback and improvement of both parties and also promote transparency and help users to incremental progress. Rating accessibility is granted once every 3 months / depends on the enrollment period. These ratings are summed, averaged, and calculated as a cumulative annual rating. After the completion of all enrollments , ratings provided by tenants become visible to all hovee rent users and the respective owners.

Subscription Plan


We offer flexible subscriptions including monthly and yearly plans. There are totally 3 levels of account updation as follows :
● Bronze (default)
● Silver
● Gold
Choose the package that best suits your budget and needs and enjoy fruitful benefits. Higher the subscription plan, more the features for the users.

Step 2

Property Search


After logging in, Tenant can search or view properties (Home,Commercial,PG) based on their preferences, needs and budget by filtering options. Filtering options include: property type, tenant type, location, amenities, budget, availability, ratings,etc. These filters allow tenants to find properties that match their preferences and requirements. Our advanced map interface integrates property’s location to enhance your property search. hovee’s map interface is designed to trace the tenant's current location and fills it in search form that will help to focus on the tenant's preferred area and its amenities. As you explore different locations, this map feature provides valuable information about nearby amenities such as schools, hospitals, grocery shops,etc. Tenants will be enabled to find properties easily as it helps to save time and improve their property search experience.

Step 3

Verification


If the right property strikes the tenant and in order to contact info of the owner, they need to undergo a verification process. Tenants are requested to fill in their additional personal details which will be submitted to the owner for review purposes. The owner reviews the details and either accepts or rejects the request. Tenants will be selected based on the owner's preferences. Once the owner approves, the particular property details along with the owner’s contact details will be visible to the requested tenant. Thus, the verification process ends.
